Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, avatar, timezone, reminder preferences.
• Dream content: titles, descriptions, emotions, sleep quality, mood, tags, and audio you record for transcription.
• AI outputs: analyses, patterns, chat replies, and generated artwork.
• Billing: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. We never see or store card details.
• Technical: minimal device/browser info and error logs to keep the service running.

How we use it

• Operate the journal, generate analyses/artwork, and personalize your Dream Twin.
• Send reminders you opt into.
• Protect the service (abuse prevention, debugging).
• Provide customer support.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your dreams to train third-party models.

AI processing

Dream text and (when you record) audio is sent to our AI providers to generate analyses, transcripts, or images. Providers process this data on our behalf and may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring under their agreements. Do not include information you are not comfortable being processed this way.

Sharing

Dreams are private by default. If you enable "Share to community" on a specific dream, its title, description, artwork, and your display name become publicly viewable. You can turn this off at any time.

Your controls

• Export: download your dreams and analyses from Settings.
• Delete: delete individual dreams or your entire account from Settings. Deletion removes your data from our primary systems within 30 days.
• Reminders: opt in and out anytime.
• Requests: for access, correction, or portability, email support@dreamverse.app.

Retention

We keep your content while your account is active. On deletion, content is removed from our primary systems within 30 days; backups roll over within 90 days.

Children

DreamVerse is not intended for users under 16.
